Bathroom remodel
Dear Dale & Bobby,
You guys did a great job in spite of big and unpleasant surprises. You were very thoughtful and professional and a joy to have in my home. Ferris will miss you, Bobby. Thanks for making my house functional, pretty, & stable.
Rick and Terri
Haven Homes: Rick and Terri had a cast iron tub with a ceramic tile surround. A window was in the wall above the tub and over the years had leaked into the exterior wall of the home. Unfortunately we had to completely demo the room and reframe the exterior wall. There are more pics in the gallery. Bobby took a real liking to Ferris the homeowner's cat.
Siding and Fencing
Dale, Bobby and crew of Haven Homes Residential Construction Llc have completed 2 jobs for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, quality and value.
The 1st job was a complete vinyl siding project with cement stone accents replacing aging T1-11 wood siding, and the rebuild of a rear entry with door and window placement.
The attention to detail while addressing issues during the process, along with the complete transformation of the exterior of our house is fully appreciated and noticed by many.
A year later when we needed a backyard privacy fence replaced in favor of cedar panels and posts we automatically called Haven Homes again for the job. They completed the tear-out and rebuild in 4 days even with 1 rain delay.
Another fantastic result that adds aesthetic quality and value to our investment.

On-call services
When my service man died of a heart attack a few years ago, I was at a loss as to how to replace him. I needed someone who could respond quickly in a crisis to do most any job related to our array of buildings. To be able to assess the problem, arrive at a solution that had my best interest in mind, and be willing to complete the task as time required.
Some were emergent problems, others could wait a few days.
To say the least, Dale Dennis and his company of fine craftsmen turned out to be the perfect match. Clean, neat, competent servicemen whom take great pride in their work.
Dale and crew have worked on rental properties several hours away, my own home, and related structures and office buildings.
They have been timely, thorough, price sensitive, and leave the job clean, better than they found it.
